✦ my work is digital only, meaning there's no physical goods

✦ i take fullpayment beforehand via paypal invoice
✦ no refunds once i've started working the commission.
✦ you may ask edits upon the sketching phase, any other edits request will be subjected to additional fees.✦ i still maintain all rights to my works. this includes publishing the work on my socials or adding it in a portfolio.
✦ always credit me (@miruu / miruary / m111ru) as the artist when you use or publish my works on social media.

✦ my work is only for personnal use unless authorized for commercial use beforehand. you may use for profile pictures, wallpapers, personnal oc, website display✦ commercial rights must be agreed between you, the client and me, the artist beforehand, this include promotional illustrations, any streaming usage, album cover art, or any usage that could earn revenue✦ The minimum price increase is 100% of the original price. i reserve the rights to charge more depending on the usage.✦ NFT / AI usage is strictly forbidden.

✦ to place an order, Fill out the Commission Form on my website in the contact pannel.✦ when filling your commission request, please be as clear as possible when communicating details. Visual examples to show characters, specific poses or themes. if you wish to give full creative freedom it's possible.✦ If accepted, (turnaround time of a reply is 3-5 days) you will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as confirming your slot.✦ I will, after everything is confirmed, send you a price quote and invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.
